September 1, 2026: Update TRF Version 3.2.0

What’s New in Version 3.2.0

  • iPad Camera Barcode & QR Scanner: Eliminate handwritten lot numbers. Open the Artist Notes Pane, tap SCAN BARCODE/QR, and point your iPad camera at needle packs or pigment bottles to attach batch numbers directly to the client's waiver in seconds.

  • OCR Text Reader (READ PRINTED NUMBER): For supplies without barcodes, tap READ PRINTED NUMBER to capture printed lot codes and expiration dates via camera text recognition—keeping your shop protected during health department audits and aligned with MoCRA standards.

  • Multi-Language Client Support: Added support for Spanish, French, and Dutch, making client onboarding seamless for international guest artists, diverse clientele, and global conventions.

  • Cosmetic Release Forms App Integration: Our app, loved by the PMU industry—Cosmetic Release Forms App—is now fully integrated into TRF! PMU technicians and cosmetic tattooers can now manage their specialized release forms, client intake, and supply tracking directly within TRF.

  • TattooNOW CRM Integration: Connect TRF directly to TattooNOW in just a few clicks. Non-health CRM client data automatically flows into your TattooNOW marketing engine without touching sensitive client health records.

  • UI/UX & Performance Upgrades: Enjoy an improved UI/UX, bug fixes, and upgraded security & performance for faster cloud sync.

Important Migration Note for Existing Users

To complete the security transition to Beluga Digital LLC and enable these new backend tools, all active sessions will be automatically logged out upon updating. Please ensure you know your account login email, or use the in-app password reset option on the main sign-in screen if needed.

  • Social Media Integration: Added a new option allowing clients to include their social media handles within the Social section of the form.

October 9, 2025: Update TRF v3.1.4

  • Rearrange your lists: Added the option to rearrange the order of health options, legal clauses, and other editors in Settings > EDITORS. Drag the cluster of dots to the right of each item to customize the order seen by your clients.

June - September 2025: Update TRF v3.1.2 & 3.1.3

  • Minor improvements and maintenance fixes.

June 27, 2025: Update TRF v3.1.1

  • Additional PDF Functionality: Display required documents (health advisories, state-mandated warnings) to clients before they start the waiver.

  • Digital Records: Clients tap "I've read and I understand," and the PDF is appended to the final signed waiver for your cloud records.

  • Minor fixes.

May 23, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.9

  • TRF Slideshow Feature: Turn your iPad into a marketing tool. Import albums of your art or promos to play when the app is on standby.

  • Enhanced Government ID Capture: Enable dual-sided ID photography in Settings. TRF will automatically prompt for both sides, then store and display them on the final waiver.

May 16, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.8

  • Save For Later (Basic & Pro): Allows staff to pause a waiver after the client is done. Recall it later via the RETURNING CLIENT button to finish the artist's portion.

  • Auto-Synchronicity: Start a waiver on one iPad and finish it on another within the same studio subscription.

  • Minor fixes.

April 28, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.7

  • Improved Search functionality for finding specific forms.

  • Full Google Drive Cloud integration for waiver uploads.

  • Minor fixes.

April 14, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.6

  • Account Support: Added field for Apple/Google ID in Studio Settings to streamline support requests.

  • Form Alerts: Added countdown alerts when form balances are running low.

  • Automatic Emailer (Subscription Only): Configure the app to automatically email PDF copies of waivers to clients or send supplemental studio PDFs.

April 2, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.5

  • Bundle Credit System: Implemented a system to credit users for form bundles purchased in previous app versions.

  • Reconciliation Process: Users can submit Apple purchase history screenshots via the in-app Knowledge Base to balance their form counts.

March 23, 2025: Update TRF v3.0.4
